The hammer crusher is a versatile primary and secondary crushing machine specially designed for coarse and medium crushing of soft and medium-hard rocks and ores. Adopting mature industrial hammer crushing technology, the equipment utilizes high-speed rotating alloy hammer heads to apply composite extrusion, bending and shearing forces on raw materials, realizing integrated crushing and shaping processing. Different from traditional single-impact crushing equipment, this layered force crushing method effectively optimizes finished particle shape, producing neat, uniform cubic aggregates with low flake content and high bulk density, fully meeting the aggregate standards for road construction, concrete batching and infrastructure engineering. The whole machine adopts streamlined cavity structure and high-rigidity rotor design, ensuring stable high-speed operation and large processing capacity while effectively reducing power consumption. Equipped with adjustable grate plate gaps, the equipment can flexibly control discharge particle sizes to adapt to different production requirements. With anti-blocking structure and wearable key parts, it runs stably for a long time with low failure rate, serving as the core crushing equipment for standard sand and stone production lines, mineral processing and construction waste recycling projects.
Driven by the main motor, the heavy-duty rotor drives high-quality wear-resistant hammer heads to perform continuous high-speed rotation inside the crushing chamber. After raw materials evenly enter the crushing cavity from the feeding port, they are instantly subjected to powerful hammer impact force, and then repeatedly squeezed, bent and sheared between the hammer heads and cavity lining plates. Under the action of composite mechanical force, bulk materials are cracked, refined and shaped layer by layer. Fine and qualified aggregates pass through the gaps of the bottom grate plate and discharge smoothly as finished products, while oversized unqualified particles are retained in the crushing cavity for repeated hammer crushing until reaching the standard particle size. The streamlined cavity design avoids material accumulation and dead angles, ensuring continuous and uniform material feeding and discharging, and realizing long-term stable high-efficiency crushing and shaping operation.
This high-efficiency hammer crusher is widely applied for coarse and medium crushing of limestone, bluestone, shale, coal gangue, coal rock and other soft and medium-hard materials. It serves aggregate production, coal mining, cement processing, highway construction, municipal engineering, concrete batching plants and construction waste recycling crushing production lines.
