The PE800*1100 heavy-duty jaw crusher is a core primary crushing machine in the PE series. It is designed for primary coarse crushing in mining, sand & aggregate production, construction waste recycling, metallurgical ore processing and other industries. It can crush all kinds of hard rocks (granite, basalt, limestone, iron ore, cobblestone, etc.) with compressive strength ≤320MPa. Adopting a deep crushing chamber without dead zones, it features large feeding capacity and high crushing efficiency, serving as the primary coarse crushing equipment for medium & large sand production lines and mining projects.

1. Wide Feeding Opening & Deep Crushing Chamber for High Output

   Equipped with a large 800*1100 feeding opening, it can handle raw stones up to 680 mm in maximum size. The curved deep crushing chamber avoids material accumulation. Materials are extruded and crushed multiple times inside the chamber for a large crushing ratio and uniform finished particle size. Its stable hourly output ranges from 200 to 360 tons, perfectly matching medium & large-scale crushing production lines.

2. Thick Cast Steel Frame for High Impact Resistance & Durability

   The whole machine adopts integrated cast steel forming with thick side plates and reinforced ribs, capable of withstanding intense impact from large hard stones. Fixed and movable jaw plates are made of high-wear-resistant high-manganese steel to extend service life and reduce frequent replacement of wear parts.

3. Convenient Discharge Size Adjustment for Versatile Output

   Mechanical wedge block adjustment structure for discharge opening with an adjustment range of 150–300 mm. No extra gaskets required; a single operator can quickly adjust finished material sizes to meet demands of road base aggregate, construction aggregate and crude ore.

4. Reliable Transmission System with Low Failure Rate

   Thick forged eccentric main shaft matched with heavy dual flywheels delivers sufficient transmission torque and stable, low-noise operation. It is equipped with a 90–110 kW standard industrial motor with adequate power reserve, preventing stall or jamming under heavy-duty working conditions.

   Compact overall structure with sufficient space for wear part disassembly and assembly. Centralized layout of lubrication points saves time for daily maintenance. The machine achieves low failure frequency and excellent energy consumption control, cutting long-term processing costs.
