The PE750*1060 jaw crusher is a reliable primary crushing unit built for medium to large-scale production lines. Operating on the proven single-toggle jaw principle, it reduces material size through continuous extrusion, splitting and bending between the fixed and movable jaws, specially engineered for first-stage crushing of medium and high hardness materials. With its heavy-duty structure, stable throughput and low maintenance cost, it is widely applied in aggregate production, mining, mineral processing and construction waste recycling industries.
Its deep V-shaped crushing cavity eliminates feeding dead zones, accepting a maximum feed size of ≤635mm with smooth material flow and low blockage risk. The discharge opening is adjustable from 80mm to 180mm, delivering a processing capacity of 150–300 t/h. With a large crushing ratio and uniform output gradation, it fully satisfies the feed requirements of downstream secondary and fine crushing processes.
The frame is constructed from high-strength manganese steel with excellent rigidity and impact resistance. High manganese steel wear-resistant jaw plates are fitted on the crushing surfaces, ensuring extended service life when processing hard materials such as granite, basalt and iron ore, and supporting long-term continuous operation in mines and quarries.
Equipped with a reliable discharge setting mechanism, it allows quick and flexible adjustment of output size to adapt to varying process demands. Standardized universal wear parts simplify disassembly and replacement, effectively cutting downtime and long-term operating costs.
Matched with a 55–75kW industrial motor and an eccentric shaft rotating at 255 r/min, the transmission system delivers high efficiency with low energy consumption. The balanced double flywheel design minimizes vibration and noise, guaranteeing stable performance during extended production runs.
