The single toggle jaw crusher adopts a professional simple swing structural design, also known as simple pendulum jaw crusher. Its movable jaw rotates in a single circular arc track around the fixed spindle, featuring extremely stable operation and low abrasion loss. Different from complex swing models, this single toggle structure reduces vertical friction on jaw plates, greatly extending spare part service life. It is widely applied for coarse and medium crushing of ores and rocks with compressive strength below 320MPa. With rigid frame, reinforced eccentric shaft and reliable mechanical transmission, this machine is the classic primary crushing equipment for small and medium mining projects.

Driven by the motor, the eccentric shaft rotates continuously, driving the movable jaw to perform regular single circular arc swing. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, materials are squeezed, split and crushed; when the movable jaw recedes, finished small-particle materials are discharged from the bottom outlet. The single toggle linkage system ensures uniform force distribution, effectively avoiding eccentric overload and ensuring long-term stable mechanical operation.
