Working Principle
Driven by the vibration motor, the eccentric block generates centrifugal excitation force, making the screen box produce regular circular vibration. After entering the screen surface, materials are continuously tossed, stratified and screened under vibration. Fine particles pass through the screen mesh and fall to the lower layer or discharge as finished products, while oversized materials flow forward along the inclined screen surface and return to the crushing equipment for re-crushing. The rubber spring damping structure ensures stable vibration amplitude, effectively avoiding resonance and ensuring long-term continuous operation.

Structural & Technical Features
It adopts a single-shaft or dual-shaft exciter to generate 3D elliptical motion. Materials move forward in a spiral jumping trajectory on the screen deck. Equipped with gear synchronization or universal joint transmission, it features adjustable amplitude of 4–8 mm and vibration frequency of 700–1000 r/min. The screen inclination is adjustable from 15° to 25°, and excitation force can be modified by adding or removing counterweight blocks to match different raw material characteristics.
