This industrial-grade circular vibrating screen is driven by a high-power vibration motor. The eccentric block assembly generates strong and stable centrifugal excitation force, driving the screen box to produce regular elliptical circular vibration. After materials enter the screen surface, continuous jumping and stratification motion separates fine qualified particles from coarse stones. Fine materials pass through the screen mesh and are discharged as finished products, while oversized materials slide down along the inclined screen deck and return to the crusher for secondary crushing. The built-in rubber spring damping system effectively stabilizes amplitude, avoids resonance damage, and realizes non-stop heavy-duty production.
