The kit covers the full motor range used in this series, from the 37 kW drive on the PEX-250x1200 fine crusher to the 110 kW drive on the PE-750x1060 primary unit. When ordering, quote the motor power and the machine model plate so the bearing group and toggle plate are matched to the actual running load rather than to a generic model number.
Parts are produced for the common PE and PEX models used in quarry and mining plants, and can be matched to drawings if your machine is from another manufacturer. Send the model plate photograph and we will confirm the exact plate profile and tooth pitch before production.

Our service team provides fitment guidance, a replacement sequence for jaw plates and toggle plate, torque values for the frame bolts, and remote diagnosis by video call if the machine does not return to normal output after a rebuild. A 12-month warranty applies to manufacturing defects on castings and bearing groups.
