Our engineer attends site to supervise foundation checks, frame assembly, flywheel and belt alignment, discharge setting and the first load test. Training covers daily inspection points, lubrication intervals, jaw plate reversal and discharge adjustment, so the customer's own team can operate the crusher without external support after handover.
A recommended spare parts list is issued with the machine, covering jaw plates, toggle plate, bearings, belts and fasteners. Common wear items for this model are kept in stock and dispatched within 24 hours, so a planned plate change does not become a two-week shutdown.
