1-2-inch SGGG Substrate, Gadolinium Gallium Garnet Single Crystal, (111) Orientation, for YIG/BIG Magneto-Optical Film Epitaxy, Faraday Rotator R&D Sample
The 1-2-inch SGGG single crystal substrate is a small-size high-precision sample designed for research institutes, university laboratories, and corporate R&D departments. Grown by the Czochralski method and processed through orientation, cutting, grinding, and polishing, it is available in (111) and (100) orientations with single- or double-sided EPI-grade super-smooth polishing (Ra ≤ 1 nm), ready for liquid phase epitaxy experiments.
Each substrate comes with an orientation test report and surface quality inspection certificate. Custom off-cut angles, special thicknesses, and custom shape dicing are supported, making it ideal for magneto-optical film R&D, new formulation validation, and small-batch process exploration.
