GB/T9711.1-2008(national standard, also known as the oil and gas industry delivery technical conditions of steel pipe Part I:A-class steel pipe (GB/T9711.2 B-class steel pipe), API-5L(American Petroleum Association, also known as pipeline steel pipe;It is divided into two grades: PSL1 and PSL2), SY/T5040-2008(spiral welded steel pipe for piles).Generally speaking, there are three kinds: Ministry standard SY /5037, national standard GB /9711 and American standard API-5L, which are generally used for export.

The spiral steel tube feeds the strip into the welding tube unit, and after rolling with multiple rollers, the strip is gradually rolled up to form a round tube blank with open clearance. The pressure reduction of the extrusion roller is adjusted so that the weld clearance is controlled at 1~3mm and both ends of the welding joint are flush.Main technological features of spiral steel tube:In the forming process, the steel plate deformation uniformity, the residual stress is small, the surface does not produce scratches.
