CTS 800W Smart Battery Charger is a compact and high-efficiency battery charging solution designed for electric mobility and industrial applications. It supports sealed lead-acid batteries, flooded lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, making it suitable for a wide range of electric vehicles and battery-powered equipment.
With an input voltage range of AC 90–264V, power factor of ≥0.98, charging efficiency of ≥93%, and an IP67-rated fully sealed design, the SMCZ7 is engineered for reliable operation in demanding environments.
Available battery voltage configurations include 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V, with customized charging curves available according to battery requirements. CAN communication is also available for lithium battery applications.
Deliver up to 800W charging power with an overall efficiency of ≥93%, helping reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

CTS 800W Charger designed to provide controlled and reliable battery charging rather than simply delivering constant output power.
The charging strategy can be configured according to the customer's battery specifications, while lithium battery versions can be equipped with CAN communication for system-level integration.
Short-Circuit Protection
When an output short circuit occurs, the charger automatically shuts down the output. After the fault is removed, charging can resume after the battery is reconnected.
Over-Current Protection
The charger maintains stable output current to help prevent excessive charging current caused by changes in grid voltage or operating conditions.
Temperature Protection
When the internal temperature exceeds the preset limit, charging current is automatically reduced. If battery temperature exceeds 60°C, charging stops and automatically resumes when the temperature returns to the normal range.
LED Status Indication
Integrated LED indicators provide charging and fault status information for easier system monitoring and maintenance.
