The prefabricated steel structure warehouse is a standardized prefabricated industrial building manufactured in China. The entire process integrates deep processing of steel raw materials, standardized prefabrication in the factory, sea freight loading and unloading, and on-site modular assembly.

Starting with raw material selection, the project strictly selects high-quality Q235B and Q355B steel coils and profiles that meet national standards. After entering the factory, these materials undergo multiple precision processes, including cutting, blanking, assembly, welding, straightening, shot blasting, and multi-layer anti-corrosion coating. This completes the refined processing of all main components, such as H-beams and columns, galvanized purlins, and support connectors.

All accessories are standardized and mass-produced, ensuring precise dimensions and high interchangeability. Over 90% of the building's components are fully processed, inspected, and packaged in the factory. The accompanying sandwich panels, doors and windows, skylights, and drainage and ventilation accessories are all provided in a one-stop shop, avoiding the problems of traditional on-site wet construction, chaotic processes, and uncontrollable quality.

The finished components are professionally packaged for ocean shipping, making them suitable for long-distance ocean transport. Upon arrival at the project site, they can be quickly assembled without on-site welding or concrete pouring, simply by bolting. The overall construction is unaffected by seasons or climate.

The completed steel structure warehouse boasts strong integrity and stable rigidity, exhibiting excellent wind, earthquake, corrosion, and weather resistance. It also offers outstanding thermal insulation and energy-saving performance, making it suitable for various countries and climates worldwide. It is widely applicable to industrial warehousing, logistics transit, production workshops, agricultural warehousing, and commercial warehouses.

Main Frame: Utilizes national standard Q235B and Q355B high-strength hot-rolled/welded H-beams, offering strong load-bearing capacity, high structural rigidity, and resistance to deformation, meeting the requirements of heavy-duty warehousing loads.

Auxiliary Purlins: Hot-dip galvanized C/Z-shaped steel purlins, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance, with a regular shape, suitable for installation with various enclosure panels.

Enclosure System: Optional 50-150mm EPS foam sandwich panels, rock wool fireproof sandwich panels, and PU polyurethane insulation panels are available, and can also be combined with single-layer color steel tiles to support multiple needs such as fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation.

Building Specifications: Standard span 12-36m, supporting large-span designs without central columns; eaves height 4-12m, column spacing and overall dimensions can be customized as needed.

Weather Resistance: Maximum wind load 1.2kN/㎡, snow load 0.3-1.0kN/㎡, can be optimized according to the climate parameters of the project location.

Safety Level: Supports seismic fortification of 7-8 degrees, structurally stable and safe, suitable for complex working conditions such as multiple earthquake zones, strong winds, and blizzards.

Corrosion Protection: Double-layer anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint spraying or hot-dip galvanizing treatment, corrosion protection life can reach more than 20 years, significantly reducing later maintenance costs.

Connection Method: All bolted connection, convenient installation, stable structure, easy disassembly and relocation, and reusable.
