The client expands its business to Cologne Container Terminal, the leading transshipment centre in the region.In order to strengthen its presence in the region, the company is eyeing the development of a series of warehouses in the Cologne logistics park near the port.The design process began in early 2019 and after three months of refinement, the specifications requested by the customer have been adjusted to the optimum structural design and manufacturing is in full swing.With decades of experience working as a team under the most challenging of schedules, purposefully communicates and coordinates to ensure there are no gaps in the design, manufacturing and delivery process.By June, the building's components were ready for delivery.Rain or shine, we're with you!
Although the installation got off to a rocky start due to ongoing heavy rains during the critical months, we provided ongoing support through frequent site visits to ensure the project was completed on time.The end result of these efforts is a striking warehouse with an eye-catching exterior made up of four colours of insulated metal panels (IMP), complete with IMP roof panels, a unique pop-up structure and a custom-designed gutter system.Although challenging, adapting to the design changes was worth the effort, and the final aesthetics exceeded the level typical of warehouses and metal buildings, as well as the client's expectations.
