Product Description

 

We are a professional China manufacturer supplying high-quality copper nickel stub end fittings with long weld lap joint structure. These fittings are produced in full compliance with DIN standard, covering pressure classes from 15 to 600, and available in CuNi 70/30 and CuNi 90/10 copper nickel alloy materials.
 
Made from premium seamless copper nickel alloy, the stub ends feature excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, good weldability and long service life, especially suitable for marine, offshore, desalination, chemical and petroleum pipeline systems. The long weld design ensures stronger connection, lower stress concentration and more reliable sealing performance when matched with lap joint flanges.
 
Strict dimensional control guarantees perfect fit with corresponding pipes and flanges. Each fitting undergoes full inspection including material test, dimensional check and pressure test to ensure stable quality. We accept customized sizes, wall thickness and length according to customer drawings and project requirements.
