1.Product Description

The Copper Nickel Flange is a precision-engineered piping component manufactured from either 90/10 (UNS C70600) or 70/30 (UNS C71500) copper‑nickel alloys. These alloys are renowned for their exceptional resistance to seawater and chloride-bearing environments. The flanges are produced through a controlled manufacturing route that includes hot forging, solution annealing, CNC machining, and rigorous non‑destructive testing (ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection). Each piece is finished with acid pickling and passivation to remove surface contaminants and to promote the formation of a stable, protective oxide film. The sealing faces (raised face, flat face, ring joint, or tongue‑and‑groove) are machined to specified surface roughness to ensure reliable gasket seating. All dimensions conform to ASME B16.5, EN 1092‑1, or GB/T 9119 standards, and each flange is permanently marked with material grade, size, pressure class, and heat number for full traceability.
