1.Product Description
Copper nickel pipes are Cu-based alloy tubes specifically engineered for seawater, brine, and highly corrosive services. They offer outstanding corrosion resistance, biofouling resistance, and thermal conductivity. We supply two primary grades – 90/10 (UNS C70600) and 70/30 (UNS C71500) – in both seamless and welded forms, manufactured to ASTM/ASME standards and approved by major classification societies (DNV, ABS, LR).

Extremely low corrosion rate: In clean seawater, 90/10 ≤0.025 mm/year, 70/30 ≤0.020 mm/year – design life exceeding 30 years.
Natural biofouling resistance: Slow release of copper ions forms a biocidal layer, significantly reducing cleaning maintenance.
Balanced thermal and strength: 90/10 offers better heat exchange than stainless steel; 70/30 provides higher strength for high-pressure systems.
Fabrication-friendly: Supplied in annealed condition (O-temper); cold-bendable (minimum bend radius 2.5~3×OD); excellent TIG weldability; no post-weld heat treatment required.
Full traceability: Each pipe is marked with heat and lot numbers, accompanied by third-party test reports.
