1.Product Description
Copper-based nickel-alloy tubes, commercial grades: 90-10 (C70600, ~10% Ni) and 70-30 (C71500, ~30% Ni).
Micro-additions of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) enhance seawater corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. The alloy exhibits a single-phase face-centered cubic (FCC) structure with no risk of phase embrittlement over a wide temperature range.
Available in seamless (ASTM B466) and welded (ASTM B467) forms, featuring clean, oxide-free internal bores and precision cold-drawn dimensional tolerances.

Marine & Offshore: Seawater cooling systems, firewater lines, ballast piping.
Power Generation: Steam turbine condensers, feedwater heaters, air-cooler tube bundles.
Desalination: Heating sections and evaporator tubes in MSF and MED plants.
Oil & Gas Extraction: Platform utility piping, riser anti-corrosion sheathing.
General Industry: Hydraulic tubing, chemical-resistant piping for corrosive media.
