1.Product Description
Copper nickel tubes are high-performance cupronickel alloy pipes containing 5–30% nickel, with the most common grades being 90-10 (C70600) and 70-30 (C71500). Minor additions of iron and manganese enhance their anti-corrosion properties. Featuring a face-centered cubic crystalline structure, these tubes exhibit outstanding toughness and a distinctive silver-white metallic sheen that intensifies with higher nickel content. Available in seamless (ASTM B466) and welded (ASTM B467) forms, they are the premier choice for demanding fluid transport environments.
2.Product Applications
Marine engineering: Seawater cooling, firefighting, ballast, and bilge systems on vessels and platforms.
Thermal management: Condensers, heat exchangers, and evaporators in power plants and chemical plants.
Desalination: Multi-stage flash (MSF) and multi-effect distillation (MED) equipment.
