1. Product Description
CuNi Reducing Tee (90/10 or 70/30 alloy) connects a larger main pipe to two smaller branches in one seamless unit. Ends: butt weld, socket weld, or threaded. Surface: pickled and passivated.
Key design features:
Integral construction – formed by hot forging or extrusion, with no welded seams in the body for maximum strength and leak protection.
Precision‑machined ends – beveled ends per ASME B16.25 for butt‑weld types; square ends with chamfer for socket‑weld types; and tapered threads (NPT or BSP) for threaded types.
Customizable reduction ratios – branch diameters can be specified to meet various system requirements (e.g., 2:1, 3:2, or custom ratios).
Surface treatment – pickled and passivated to remove surface impurities and enhance natural corrosion resistance in aggressive environments.

3. Delivery, Installation & After-Sales
Packaging & lead time: Plywood cases with foam padding; end caps/tapes. Standard sizes: 15–30 days; custom: 30–60 days.
Installation tips: Clean ends before welding; preheat >20mm wall to 100–150°C; use argon shielding; keep interpass <200°C; for threaded ends, apply anti-seize compound. Install supports near tee (within 300mm).
Warranty: 18 months from delivery or 12 months from commissioning (whichever first) – covers material/workmanship defects.
Returns: Non-conforming items returned within 7 days for free replacement (unused, original packaging). Custom orders non-returnable unless defective.
Support: WPQ, NDT reports, corrosion data available on request; email response within 24h.
