1. Product Description:The ASME B16.5 CuNi 70/30 Forged Socket Welding Flange is a premium piping component manufactured from copper-nickel 70/30 alloy (UNS C71500). This flange features a socket bore design where the pipe end is inserted and fillet welded both inside and outside, creating a strong, permanent, and leak-proof joint. Fully compliant with ASME B16.5 Class 150 standards and manufactured through advanced forging processes, it delivers superior strength, dimensional accuracy, and reliability in demanding marine and industrial environments.
