1.Product Description
The Copper Nickel Elbow is a prefabricated, factory‑tested pipe fitting ready for field installation. It is manufactured from corrosion‑resistant CuNi alloys (C70600/C71500) and delivered in the solution‑annealed condition, with ends prepared to specification for rapid fit‑up. Each elbow is supplied with end protectors and clear marking for easy identification on the job site. The product is compatible with standard pipe sizes and schedules, enabling direct integration into new or existing seawater piping systems.
2.Product Applications
This elbow is used in the following typical field installation scenarios:
Shipboard piping erection in newbuild shipyards and dry‑dock repair yards
Offshore platform topside piping hook‑up and tie‑in works
Seawater intake and outfall pipeline construction for coastal power plants
