1. Product Description
The Copper Nickel Equal Tee is a pipe fitting with three completely identical branch openings, used for perpendicular branch connections from main pipelines. Made of copper-nickel alloy (Cu-Ni 90/10 or 70/30), it is manufactured by integral hot extrusion or cold forming. Conforming to ASME B16.9 and ASTM B466/B467, it offers excellent seawater corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling properties, suitable for demanding piping systems in shipbuilding, offshore engineering, and chemical industries.

Naval vessels:Seawater cooling systems, ballast water treatment device inlets/outlets, firewater mains, sea-water intake lines
Offshore drilling platforms:Seawater lift pump outlet manifolds, platform firewater ring mains, cooling water distribution systems
Desalination:Brine circulation lines in low-temperature multi-effect distillation, RO feed and concentrate branch pipes
Petrochemical:Sour water, chlorine-containing media, seawater heat exchanger bypass lines
Power plant water treatment:Condenser circulating water inlet/outlet branch pipes, open cooling water systems

Effective biofouling inhibition – Naturally releases copper ions, preventing barnacles, oysters, and algae attachment; significantly reduces pipeline cleaning frequency.
Good workability & weldability – Can be cold or hot bent; no hardening cracks during welding; suitable for field installation.
Wide temperature range adaptability – Maintains good toughness at -40℃; no significant strength loss at 300℃.
