1.Product Description
Copper-nickel pipe is a high-performance alloy tube primarily composed of copper with a significant proportion of nickel (typically 10% or 30%). It may also include iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. Known for excellent resistance to seawater and biofouling, this pipe is manufactured via seamless or welded processes to ASTM, ASME, or DIN standards.
2.Product Functions
Marine engineering: Seawater cooling lines, firewater systems, and ballast lines on ships, offshore platforms, and desalination plants.
Power generation: Heat exchangers, condensers, and turbine oil coolers.
Industrial: Hydraulic lines, brake lines, and compressed air systems.
Anti-fouling systems: Sheathing for boat hulls and offshore structures to prevent marine growth.
3.Product Functions
Fluid transport: Safely conveys seawater, oil, gas, and non-oxidizing acids.
Heat transfer: Efficiently cools or heats media in tubular heat exchangers.
