1. Product Description
The Copper Nickel Equal Tee is a standard fitting for equal-diameter branch connections in piping systems, with all three ports of identical internal diameter. Manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (Cu-Ni 90/10 or 70/30) by precision die forging or seamless tube extrusion. Conforming to ASTM B466, ASME B16.9, and GB/T 12459, it offers superior resistance to seawater corrosion and biofouling, widely used in shipbuilding, desalination, and chemical pipeline projects.

Shipbuilding & offshore:Seawater cooling systems, ballast water treatment, fire mains, bilge branch lines
Desalination:RO feed header branches, brine recirculation lines, product water transmission
Chemical & petrochemical:Cooled brine lines, chlorine-containing wastewater pipes, heat exchanger cooling water bypass

3.Installation & Precautions
Packaging method:Each product individually bubble-wrapped and placed in a carton box; bulk orders in fumigation-free plywood cases with foam or molded pulp inserts.
Labeling:Product label (material, size, quantity, batch number) affixed outside the case; shipping warning marks printed.
Shipping time:Common sizes (1/2″-12″) – 2-4 working days after order confirmation; special sizes – 20-30 working days.
Logistics options:Courier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), air freight, LCL or FCL sea freight available.
