Copper-nickel pipe is a high-performance alloy tube primarily composed of copper with nickel as the main alloying element (typically 10% or 30% nickel). It also contains iron and manganese to enhance corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Known for its excellent resistance to seawater biofouling and erosion, this pipe is the standard material for marine and offshore applications.
2.Product Functions
Fluid Transport: Conveys seawater, freshwater, oil, and non-oxidizing acids.
Heat Exchange: Efficiently transfers heat in condensers and coolers.
Pressure Management: Withstands moderate to high pressure (up to 5000 psi depending on schedule).
Action: Copper content naturally inhibits microbial growth inside the pipe.
