1.Product Description
Copper-nickel pipe is a wrought alloy tube made from copper with nickel, iron, and manganese. The two most common compositions are 90% copper / 10% nickel (CuNi 90/10) and 70% copper / 30% nickel (CuNi 70/30). These pipes are renowned for their outstanding resistance to flowing seawater, biofouling, and stress corrosion, making them the preferred choice for critical marine and industrial fluid systems.
2.Product Functions
Shipbuilding: Seawater cooling, bilge & ballast lines, sanitary systems.
Power Plants: Steam surface condensers, feedwater heaters, and turbine oil coolers.
Desalination: Multi-stage flash (MSF) and reverse osmosis pretreatment piping.
Offshore Oil & Gas: Hydraulic control lines, fire main systems, and platform drain lines.
Industrial: Brine heaters in salt production, chemical tank cleaning lines.
