1.Product Description
The Copper Nickel Flange is a precision-engineered piping component manufactured from Copper-Nickel alloy, primarily grades 90/10 (UNS C70600) and 70/30 (UNS C71500). It is used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment to form a leak-proof and durable piping system. Due to its outstanding resistance to seawater and biofouling, it is widely regarded as the standard material for marine, offshore, and desalination applications.
2. Applications
Marine & Shipbuilding: Seawater cooling systems, ballast lines, firewater systems, sanitary lines.
Offshore Oil & Gas: Topside piping on platforms, subsea equipment connections.
Desalination & Power: Evaporators, heat exchangers, condensers in MSF and MED desalination plants.
Industrial: Chemical processing where resistance to brackish water or diluted acids is required.
