This 3D printed badminton shuttlecock keychain is a fully finished pendant printed layer by layer from eco friendly PLA filament, reproducing the cone silhouette, feather ribs and cork base of a real shuttlecock in a compact palm size charm. The feather skirt is printed in layered multi color gradients, so every piece reads clearly from both sides without any painting step. A stainless steel split ring and short chain turn the pendant into a ready to hang bag charm, backpack clip or zipper pull for badminton players, coaches and racket club fans.
Because the body is printed as a single seamless piece, there are no glued joints that come apart in daily use. The 1.75 mm PLA layers are fused at 0.12 mm resolution, giving a smooth matte surface with crisp feather lines, and the hollow skirt keeps the pendant light enough for lanyards and small handbags. Bulk orders can be printed in club colors, tournament palettes or mixed assortments, and a logo or player name can be engraved on the cork face or the pendant reverse.
