Made of high light transmittance acrylic sheets with soft frosted semi-transparent surface that creates minimalist luxury texture, greatly upgrading brand image for business communication. Completely different from cheap plastic and paper cards.
All card edges and corners are treated with flame polishing and fine grinding, with all sharp corners rounded. Multiple thickness options available to match different high-end positioning needs.
We provide three mature customization technologies: UV full-color printing for gradient patterns, silk screen printing for thick wear-resistant monochrome ink, and laser engraving for permanent recessed frosted logos. Single-sided or double-sided printing can be customized freely. All printing ink is anti-UV to keep patterns bright without yellowing for years.
Solid acrylic structure fully resists water, sweat and oil. Coffee stains and hand sweat will not blur printed words. The rigid sheet is not easy to deform under long-term extrusion in wallets and card bags, and will not split into sharp fragments when dropped.
Every acrylic card is covered with protective film on front and back, isolating fingerprints, dust and friction damage during cutting, printing and delivery. Just peel off the film before use to get a perfect frosted surface.
Two surface types: frosted matte and crystal clear transparent; shapes include standard rounded rectangles, hearts, ovals and irregular die-cut outlines; hollow logo cutting is also available for personalized design.
