Thick Protective Back Paper
Durable waterproof protective back paper completely isolates abrasion, dust, moisture and chemical residues during laser cutting, CNC trimming and assembly. Effectively prevents silver layer peeling, scratches and oxidation damage.
Anti-Tarnish Silver Coating
Sealed vacuum silver reflective coating tightly bonded to PC substrate, resistant to long-term LED heating, moisture and air oxidation. Maintains consistent bright true-color reflection without fogging, peeling or yellowing.
Excellent Heat Resistance
Outstanding heat resistance and ultra-low thermal shrinkage performance prevents warping, curling or deformation under long-time low-power LED constant heating. Solves mirror warping and light distortion problems.

Fits laser cutting, CNC irregular contour trimming, backside UV color printing and die punching. Can be processed into custom shapes including circle, arch, cloud, heart, and letters with clean burr-free cutting edges.
