Can we get free samples of cosmetic tubes?
Yes, we provide samples free of charge without custom printing. Please provide your freight collect account (FedEx, DHL, TNT). If you don't have an account, we charge express fees accordingly.
Can we combine multiple items in one container for our first order?
Yes, you can combine items. However, the quantity of each ordered item must meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T payments. For bulk production: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipping. Payment terms are negotiable between both parties.
