MF200 Light Gauge Steel Frame Roll Forming Machine comes in fully auto models which can produce many types of thin gauge cold formed steel, C profile and U profile. The Partition beam roll forming machine is designed for manufacturing high quality studs and tracks in various sizes with our patent technology.
The main roll former is with safety guard coved. to ensure workers safe. Each parts of safety guard is linked with lock. safety switch is available to stop machine when safety guard is open.
The whole line is controlled by PC, this system is able to read TXT Format and connect with machine directly. it can control machine auto running and demonstrate forming status dynamically. including punching and cutting. also it is able to scan production date with the PC system.
