Cold Roll Forming Machine For Production Tube or Square Pipe, lock seam pipe
This style Tube Production Line is special designed for manufacturing square pipes, The different pipe sizes can be achieved by the line. Mainly used for building industry. The pipe seam is by cold roll formed technology, without welding. The advantage of this solution is the lower cost if compared with pipe welding line.

The Square pipes are formed by roll forming technology, locked with straight seam. The normal feeding GI steel strip thickness is 0.4mm. The roll forming line is consisted of manual de-coiler, main roll forming machine, saw cutter, run-out table and electrical control system, etc.
