This style Oval Duct Production Line is special designed for manufacturing flat ducts, used for PT ducting industry. The custom flat ducts sizes can be achieved by the line. This style flat ducts is widely adopted in large span building, bridge, etc, because of its limited thickness of concrete layer.

The oval post tensioning ducts are formed by roll forming technology, locked with straight seam. The normal feeding GI steel strip thickness is 0.4mm. The roll forming line is consisted of manual de-coiler, main roll forming machine, tracing cutter, run-out table and electrical control system, etc.
