This roll forming machine is a special for the production of fire damper spring leaf, stainless steel sealing strip, the line consists of a manual discharge rack, a cold roll forming machine and hydraulic punching holes and cutter. The whole machine adopts full computer PLC control and touch screen operation. It can be set to any size according to the operation requirements. It can also be punched on the spring leaf according to the processing requirements, and there is a 4.2mm connecting rod hole. The production line has a maximum processing speed of 15 m/min, a length error of ±0.5 mm, a diagonal error of ±0.8 mm, and a standard rack load of 2T, which can be matched according to customer requirements.
The blade forming machine is suitable for use in the construction site or fire damper production plant. The maximum size can be based on the customer.
