Roll Forming Machine for Production Roller Shutter Bottom Bean
The Roll forming machine for production relative Rolling shutter profiles is one of our traditional leading products. Including the machines for manufacturer rolling shutters, rolling door rails, rolling rod cover and so on.
The T-shaped bottom beam is an typical rolling door bottom beam profile, which is inverted T-shaped. The profile up side is round hook and is installed at the bottom of the rolling door. The lower part of the profile is the support surface, and the two ends of the bottom beam are positioned and slid in the guide groove of the rolling door, so that the bottom beam of the roller shutter door rises and falls more smoothly, and the rolling door is less likely to be deformed. After the rolling door rises to the top, the beam is hooked on the top of the rolling door to reduce the impact of the roller door bottom beam and the top of the rolling door, so that the noise generated by the rolling door during use is greatly reduced.
By the roll forming technology, the bottom beam profile is formed at one time. The advantage is can reduce the welding production process and improves the strength of the bottom beam.
