Technology Specifications - Steel Door frame Production Line
The whole metal doorframe roll-forming line is consisted of de-coiler, Main forming machine, Hydraulic cutting part, run-out table, electrical system. Rollers on the line also named moulds, the material can be processed through rollers continuously, until to get the required profile. Rollers are including the flat roller, middle equipment, side rollers and flatting rollers. Normally the roller material is designed with SKII, the bearing steel after exactitude processed and special treated. All the rollers shape is designed by the professional software, “cool bending aux designing software”. The most advantage is to get the most reasonable rollers shape with its position on the line. so that to get the high precision profiles.
