Brief Introduction - Fire Damper VCD Blade Roll Forming Machine
This Fire Damper VCD Blade by the Roll Forming Machine is also named Aerofoil Blade Fastener. The fire damper aerofoil blade production line is a special designed for the production of double layer aerofoil fire damper blades, which consists of fire damper VCD blade roll forming machine and Aerofoil blade fastener machine.
The roll forming machine adopts cassette style technology, various width aerofoil blade can produced by same line, and quick changeable, the whole line is with full computer PLC control and touch screen operation. It can be set to any size according to the operation requirements. The production line has a maximum processing speed of 15 m/min, a length error of ±0.5 mm, a diagonal error of ±0.8 mm. Aerofoil blade fastener machine can close two pieces into one part, instead of the traditional manual operation by punching machine.
The blade forming machine is suitable for use in the construction site or fire damper production plant. The maximum size can be based on the customer.
The Fire Damper Blade customer requires a custom size, the standard width range is 110-188mm. It can custom prepared according client request.
