Our SC box beam Roll Forming Line is developed based on fully absorbing abroad competitors' advanced experience, it applied new crafts, new techniques and solved effectively many problems brought plate without any damages. its full line achieved standardized, intelligent and high efficiency production, reduced product period greatly, saving time and labor, and reduced the scrap rate of product, which is the idea equipment for the SC box beam production.
There have two roll forming lines included this SC beam production project, SC beam profile roll forming line with width profile adjustable width, and the SC beam Fastening roll forming line. The width can be from 80mm-160mm.
This style box beam making machine is special designed, it is no need to take off any or install any parts when to produce different sizes box beam. various width box beam can be produced by one line. The profile width can be easy to be adjusted by hand wheel.

the whole line is with Simple structure, beautiful exterior, the whole machine buildup by forge steel, the whole process after welding, so suit structure, strong loading capacity, working calm. The SC beam roll forming line is consisted of de-coiler, main roll former and hydraulic tracing cutter, etc. The technology flow is as following,
