WFP-610 portable flange facer is a reliable product, portable flange facing macine are easy to use for resurfacing pipe and tube falnges, with no special training requirement , it's good to learn and control.

WFP-610 machine is inside mounted in pipe or flange, and can process inner hole of the flange, the outer circle and various sealing surfaces (RF, RTJ, etc.).
Portable flange facing machine, it's powerful and versatile tools which makes it cut through the toughest material and work on a wide range of face diameter.On site flange facer mounted inside and outside the piep for stable and accurate machining.Modular design of the whole machine, easy to assemble and disassemble, equipped with preloaded braking system, intermittent cutting, unlimited working direction, high productivity and low noise, widely used in cast iron, alloy structural steel, stainless steel and other metal materials.It gives machine shop accuracy , combined with ease of handing and portablity in the flange range .
Spur gears engage directly on the drive ring, keep power requirements and losses to a minimum and allowing maximum torque at the cutting tool . When the machine is used in the vertical plane , balancing is greatly reduced.
