The ZCCCT BT40-XM22-60 is a high-rigidity standard shell end mill tool holder independently manufactured by ZCCCT (Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Cutting Tools Co., Ltd.). It complies with JIS MAS403 BT taper standard, featuring a 22mm locating bore for face mills, 60mm standard projection length and Type A drive key transmission structure. Made of high-alloy structural steel with integral quenching and precision grinding, this holder delivers strong torque transfer, minimal runout and outstanding stability during heavy-duty face milling, side milling and step surface roughing operations. It is widely matched with Ø22 bore indexable face mills for machining carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron on vertical machining centers.
