Product Overview
This D-type diamond cemented carbide insert shim is a wear-resistant spare part for 55° rhombus DCMT indexable turning inserts, packed in standard red 10pcs plastic storage box . Made of integral solid carbide with ultra-high hardness, it acts as a buffer support between carbide insert and steel tool holder, isolating cutting heat and absorbing impact load during continuous turning, effectively preventing tool seat abrasion and thermal deformation. It is widely matched with SDJCR/SDNCN series lathe tool holders for external turning and internal boring on carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
