The MITSUBISHI APMT1135PDER-M2 VP15TF is a double-sided multi-edge indexable square shoulder milling insert under Mitsubishi DIAEDGE APM series, manufactured by Mitsubishi Materials Japan. It features M2 medium-rough chipbreaker, 85° cutting edge angle, 11° positive relief angle and R0.8 nose radius, matched with universal RPMT/APMT series square shoulder milling cutter bodies. Equipped with versatile VP15TF multi-layer PVD composite coating, this insert balances wear resistance and impact toughness, capable of processing carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron and low-hardness hardened steel below HRC40. It is widely adopted for face milling, square shoulder side milling, slotting and contour semi-finishing on CNC machining centers for mold, auto parts and hydraulic fitting mass production.
