The ultra-fine grain carbide substrate with TiAlN nano coating resists high-temperature wear and micro chipping under deep cutting load. Widely applied on vertical CNC machining centers for plastic injection mold deep core, die casting mold deep cavity, blow mold and mechanical fixture deep groove mass milling production.
