P6004-D24 50R WNN25 is heavy-duty high-feed round button indexable face milling cutter, specially developed for large cavity roughing of various mold steel workpieces. Equipped with standard D24 straight shank and precise positioning seat matching WNN25 R5 round carbide inserts, the rigid quenched tool body supports ultra-high feed heavy stock removal and severe interrupted cutting of uneven mold blanks. The tool body adopts black anti-rust oxidation treatment, with high precision positioning grooves to ensure stable insert clamping without shifting during high-speed milling. Widely installed on vertical CNC machining centers for injection mold base, die casting mold cavity, blow mold and large mechanical structural steel rough mass production.
