Equipped with φ5mm slim round shank and built-in central through-coolant channel, the maximum grooving depth reaches 0.75mm, matched with 5115 series narrow-width grooving inserts; R-type right-hand cutting structure fits most standard CNC lathe clamping seats. The tool body adopts 1025 high-toughness quenched alloy steel, effectively solving the breakage problem of thin small shanks during micro machining, widely applied for precision micro parts thin-wall internal grooving of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel.
