The BIG DAISHOWA MGT20-160120-35 KDCB is a dedicated floating synchro tapping collet adapter from Japan BIG DAISHOWA MEGA Synchro MGT tapping system, also defined as KDCB standard tapping spring collet assembly for MGT20 main tapping holder body. It adopts dual floating axial & radial compensation structure, matched with MGT20 tapping shank holder, clamping taps with shank dimension 16*12mm, 35mm effective extension length. Made of high-strength alloy steel with full quenching and precision slit elastic structure, it eliminates axial thrust generated by spindle tapping synchronization error, reduces tap breakage risk, improves thread finish and tap service life.
