Welded Galvanized Wire Pipeline Reinforced Mesh  Description:

Welded Galvanized Wire Pipeline Reinforced Mesh also known as concrete weight coating mesh, Offshore pipeline counterweight welded wire mesh is a welded mesh commonly used for the reinforcement of concrete-coated pipelines.Pipeline reinforced mesh is a popular product in the global industry, used for concrete-coated offshore oil and gas pipelines. Pipeline reinforced mesh is suitable for both compression and impact coating processes. The wires are deeply crimped to facilitate concrete coating application. The material used is galvanized mild steel. It can be cold-dip galvanized or hot-dip galvanized, deeply crimped to facilitate concrete application.This kind of mesh is available in three sizes with traditional 10 wire, 8 wire or 6 wire mesh system. Pipeline steel mesh is mainly used for concrete weight coating of submarine pipelines. In addition to conventional specifications, we also supply other specifications according to customer requirements.

   We have total 4 types: RFSM-L, RFSM-N, RFSM-T, RFSM-W

       (1) RFSM-L

        It is a low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 6 line wires that aredeeply crimped between the cross wires. The 2-inch mesh with both sides between the line wires is intended for coating with an overlap of 1 inch.

      (2) RFSM-N

        It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 8 line wires that are deeply crimped between the cross wires.

      (3) RFSM-T

       It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The meshis 92.4 mm instead of 67 mm between the cross wires.

       (4) RFSM-W

       It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 10 line wires that are deeply crimped between the cross wires.
