1. First Use: It is recommended that new batteries or batteries that have not been used for a long time undergo a complete charge-discharge cycle to calibrate the battery fuel gauge.

2. Daily Charging: Use the original or certified charger whenever possible. Even if the monitor supports simultaneous charging, regularly performing a complete charge-discharge cycle helps maintain battery health, if conditions permit.

3. Storage Recommendations: If the device will be unused for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50%-60% and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme heat (such as direct sunlight) or cold temperatures.

4. Lifespan: All lithium-ion batteries have a limited number of charge-discharge cycles. If you notice a significant decrease in battery life and it no longer meets your normal usage needs, it's time to consider replacing it.

Important Battery Self-Test Information: If the battery symbol flashes during mains power operation, it indicates that the battery has less than 30 minutes of charge remaining. In this case, do not disconnect the monitor from the power source. If the battery symbol flashes continuously (for more than 1 hour), the battery must be checked and replaced by a technician.
