1. Safety Protection

Wear insulating gloves and goggles to avoid direct contact with battery acid (although it is a sealed battery, it may leak in extreme cases).

Make sure there is no exposed metal on the tools to prevent short circuits.

2. Installation Environment

Good ventilation: Avoid using in confined spaces to prevent hydrogen accumulation (although VRLA batteries are leak-proof, they may exhaust when hot or overcharged).

Temperature Control: The best operating temperature is 20°C~25°C, avoid direct sunlight or near heat sources (high temperature will shorten life).

Secure: Secure the battery with a bracket or strap to avoid vibration or tilting (especially when used in vehicles or mobile equipment).

3. Connection

Series/Parallel

Series: When connecting multiple batteries, connect the positive pole to the negative pole to increase the voltage (for example: 2 batteries in series are 24V).

Parallel connection: connect positive to positive and negative to negative to increase capacity (for example: 2 batteries in parallel is 400Ah).

Note: When connecting in parallel, make sure the batteries are of the same model and age to avoid imbalance.

Wiring sequence

First connect the series/parallel wires in the battery pack.

Finally connect the positive and negative poles of the system (positive first, then negative; vice versa when disassembling).

Torque requirement: The recommended torque for the terminal screws is 8~10 N·m. Overtightening may damage the terminals.
